In our solar dehydrators we dry the food we are not consuming, taking advantage of our peak-season produce and making it last while at the same time preserving all the nutrients and delicious flavors from that exact moment when the greens are freshly harvested. Through experimenting we have developed camp recipes with a local twist always procuring hygiene, preservation of nutrients and prepared with a lot of love and passion.

By handling most of the food in a sterile environment before heading on the trail.
In DEFY BASE CAMP we use mainly fresh food in our recipes combined with dehydrated produce to take advantage of the season.

By cleaning the plastic after use, carrying it out and incorporate it as a future building material we take responsibility for our waste.
